Effective July 30, 2026
This notice explains how Tack, a SalesStack product ("Tack," "we," or "us"), handles information when you visit salestack.pro or use the Tack pre-call brief builder.
Information you provide
To create a live brief, you may provide prospect profile text, a company URL, an email or booking thread, names, and seller context. You control what you submit and should only provide information you are authorized to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.
How brief generation works
Your source packet is transmitted over HTTPS to Tack's server-side function and then to Moonshot AI for generation. Tack processes the response and returns it to your browser. Draft inputs and your generated brief remain in your browser; Tack does not maintain an application database of source packets or generated briefs. Infrastructure and service providers may process limited operational data under their own terms and security practices.
Licenses and local browser storage
Your license key, browser activation identifier, saved draft, and analytics preference are stored in your browser's local storage. Tack sends the license key and activation identifier to its server and Lemon Squeezy when it needs to activate or validate access. You can clear this data using your browser settings, although doing so may require you to reactivate your license.
Payments
Purchases, billing details, refunds, and subscription administration are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Tack does not receive or store full payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy handles purchase information under its own privacy notice.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, Tack uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and product-funnel activity. This can include page URLs, referral and campaign parameters, approximate location derived from network information, browser/device information, and events such as opening the app, beginning checkout, activating a license, or successfully generating a brief.
Tack configures advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad personalization as disabled. We do not send prospect names, source text, email threads, license keys, or generated brief content to Google Analytics. You can decline analytics or reopen at any time.
Service providers and disclosures
Tack relies on providers including Netlify for hosting and server functions, Moonshot AI for brief generation, Lemon Squeezy for checkout and licensing, and Google Analytics when you consent. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention and security
Tack keeps only the operational information needed to run the MVP, enforce usage, and troubleshoot the service. Analytics retention follows the settings in Tack's Google Analytics property. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we use HTTPS, server-side API credentials, license validation, and limited data collection to reduce exposure.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, clear browser-stored data, cancel your subscription through Lemon Squeezy, or ask questions about your information by emailing info@salestack.pro. Depending on where you live, additional access, deletion, correction, or objection rights may apply.
Children and changes
Tack is a business service and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
