Terms

Effective July 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Tack, a SalesStack product. By accessing or using Tack, you agree to these terms. If you use Tack for an organization, you represent that you may accept these terms for that organization.

The service

Tack uses AI to turn seller-provided prospect, company, and meeting context into a pre-call brief and discovery questions. The fictional specimen is available without a paid license. Live generation requires active access and is subject to the usage allowance shown at checkout.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are sold and administered through Lemon Squeezy. The price, billing interval, included usage, taxes, refund terms, and any discount shown at checkout control your purchase. You may manage or cancel your subscription through Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund prior charges except where the checkout terms, Tack's stated guarantee, or applicable law provide otherwise.

Your source material

You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant Tack and its service providers the limited permission needed to transmit and process that material to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the material and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive, regulated, or confidential information.

AI output requires judgment

Tack is a preparation aid, not a system of record. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify claims and sources before using a brief in a customer conversation or business decision.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tack to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, submit material you are not authorized to process, probe or disrupt the service, bypass licenses or usage limits, distribute malware, or generate abusive, deceptive, or discriminatory content.

Tack materials

Tack and its licensors retain rights in the product, software, design, branding, and authored specimen content. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains valid. They do not transfer ownership of Tack's technology or brand.

Availability and changes

The MVP may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. We may modify reasonable usage controls to protect service quality or security. If we materially change paid access, we will aim to provide reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Tack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a brief will be complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular sale or decision.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tack and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Tack's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Tack during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using Tack at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Provisions that logically should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

Questions and updates

Email questions to info@salestack.pro. We may update these terms as Tack evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
